You can permanently delete your Poster Maker account at any time. Deleting your account removes your profile and personal data as described below. This action cannot be undone.
Option 1 — Delete from the app

Open the Poster Maker app and go to Settings.

Tap Account, then select Delete Account.

Confirm the deletion. Your account and data will be permanently removed.
Option 2 — Request by email
If you can't access the app, email us from the address associated with your account and we'll process your request within 30 days.

What gets deleted
Deleted
- Your profile (name, email, photo)
- Your saved posters and drafts
- Your language and party preferences
- Your app settings and account data
May be retained
- Records required by law (e.g. transaction/tax records)
- Anonymized, aggregated analytics that can't identify you
- Data needed to prevent fraud or abuse, for a limited time
This action is permanent. Once your account is deleted, your posters and data cannot be recovered. Be sure to download any posters you want to keep before deleting.
