1. Use of the App
You may use the App to create, personalize, and share posters for lawful purposes only. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the App.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You may delete your account at any time via our Delete Account page.
3. Your Content
You retain ownership of the names, photos, and text you add to your posters ("Your Content"). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process Your Content solely to provide the poster-creation features you request. You are solely responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the rights to use it.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App to:
- Post content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, obscene, or infringes others' rights.
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any party or individual.
- Upload content that contains malware or attempts to disrupt the App.
- Violate any applicable election laws, advertising rules, or other regulations.
5. Intellectual Property
The App, its templates, design, logo, and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App except as permitted by these Terms.
6. Templates and Political Content
Templates are provided for personal and promotional use. You are responsible for ensuring your posters comply with all applicable laws, including those governing political and election-related material in your region. We are not responsible for how you use the posters you create.
7. Subscriptions and Purchases
Some features may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. Prices and features are described in the App. Payments are processed by the relevant app store, and their terms and refund policies apply.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
